Guest Policy and Booking Guidelines

Booking, Payment & Cancellations

  1. All bookings depend on room availability and will be confirmed only after valid payment or confirmation.
  2. Full payment is required at the time of booking or check-in, as per your booking terms.
  3. We accept cash, cards, and bank transfers.
  4. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction charges).
  5. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, or “no-shows,” will be charged for one night.
  6. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  7. For group bookings (more than 5 rooms), special terms and rates may apply — please contact us directly.
  8. Any changes to booking dates or room type must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival and depend on room availability.

Check-In, Check-Out & Stay Rules

  1. Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  2. Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  3. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with extra charges and depends on availability.
  4. The guest must be at least 18 years old. If you are traveling in a group, at least one person in the group must be 18 years old.
  5. All guests must show a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at check-in.
  6. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay and will be charged for repairs or replacement.
  7. The hotel has the right to refuse check-in or cancel a stay if guests behave in an unsafe or disrespectful way.

House Rules & Privacy

  1. Smoking is not allowed in restaurant areas, or hallways. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.
  2. Pets are not allowed, unless approved in advance.
  3. Outside food or drinks are generally not allowed in the restaurant.
  4. We collect guest information only for booking and service purposes. All personal details are stored safely and never shared with anyone, unless required by law.

Responsibility & Legal Terms

  1. The hotel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by natural events or conditions beyond our control (like floods, landslides, or government actions).
  2. These hotel policies are governed by the laws of Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand, India.
  3. Any legal dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the local courts in Rudraprayag.
